Nothing has come across the PCT-L.

The radio blurb on NPR did not state which trail. Only that they were from the Bay area (I believe) and the missing included a father and son, hiking in snowy conditions.

Search For Hikers

Crews are searching for the group from Santa Cruz County. The four hikers are part of a prominent winery family.

They were on a trip to Courtright Reservoir in the Maxon Meadows area.

Paul Bargetto and son, Michael, brother-in-law Frank Horath and his son, Dominic, went hiking Friday.

They left their car and cell phones at the reservoir and were supposed to return Sunday.

Horath's wife said the four were experienced hikers and backpackers, but were unprepared for snow.

Thanks HOI and Hellbilly,
I'm sure this is the group.
It always concerns me when children are out on the trail, although these were not exactly 'kids.' Here's hoping they had enough water, food, shelter and experience to last until they're found.

Something just came across on the PCT-L:

Incidentally, Scott Williamson, who ever year, it seems, makes an attempt to Yo-Yo the PCT, has cleared the Sierra and is about 500 miles from reaching Mexico. The YoYo has never before been done.
