Locked Shelters?

Hey; I'm checking out the AT Data Book 2010, and have come across 2 cabins in PA that say (locked).

"Micherner Cabin (locked)", and "Milesburn Road, Milesburn Cabin (locked)"

What's the deal with these cabins?

PATC owns a number of cabins that are available for rental (some to the public and some to members only). Check their website for details.

Yeah, those aren't shelters. They're rental cabins. You have to reserve and pay for them.
