Anyone have experience using parchment paper to cook with on the trail to make for easy pot/pan clean-up?

I use parchment paper in my dehydrater but I never would have thought of using it backpacking. I just boil water when backpacking.

I suggest trying it at home using the same stove and methods you would in camp. I experiment with all new gear and ideas before taking it on the trail.

We use parchment paper for baking on the trail. Simplifies matters whether you are using an Outback Oven, or baking in your frying pan.
