In the Smokys. It is .5 miles off trail and the water source is then another .4 miles further (steep!) down. But, it is a great, great shelter. Has a privy (not very nice) and the usual bear cables. No bear fencing, though. There is a spring just before the turn off for the shelter, which you can gather water at and haul down to the shelter. This saves you a trip even further down the mountain side for water.
