Hey, folks.
I know this is very short notice, but I've had a northbound section hike planned for a while, and just discovered the my hiking partner isn't going to be able to make it.
My plan was to hit Springer on or close to May 23, and go until about July 1, hopefully hitting Damascus, Va. This will be my first long-distance mountain hike -- I live in the flat lands now -- in longer than I care to admit, so I can't guarantee speed or duration, but I hope this will be the beginning of a three-consecutive-summer 2,000-mile hike. I'd really like to find somebody to walk with.
