First try ever to make a dry Jerk

Nesco.... 4 hrs

1 1/2 lbs very lean ground meat .... Yea Amish Butcher ... Whoa!

2 Tbls English Malt Vinegar.
1 Full Ounce Dry Rufus Teague Seasoning rub
1 tlbs Wrights smoke.
lots of fresh crack black pepper.
do not add salt.

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Jerky pump onto the tray


The smell wafts though out the house,,,, better than doing a drive by a Burger King..... IMO.:banana
