100 gram cannister accurate? It says 11 liters per cannister. I am planning an 8 day solo trek on the High Sierra/JMT....don't want to carry extra weight.
I am planning on a 200 grm cannister plus 100 gram backup...Am I in good shape for 8 days? A liter of hot water for breakfast, and liter for dinner?

THANKS

I do not know how it performs at altitude, but my sister and I used it on the AT two years ago. We did the 100 mile wilderness. I don't eat a warm breakfast but she would sometimes. We would both use it for dinner. So after 12 days of use it still had plenty. I hope this helps

You shoulb be good. I just finished a 12 day trip and had to start using the 100 gr. back up on day 10. I did coffee in the mornig. Roman for lunch 4 times. Hot dinner and coffee at night. Average 6 cups watter a day.
