Anyone use the S2S Reactor or Reactor Plus Thormalite mummy bag liners as a summer bag? Plan to use in GA & NC as a lgiht summer bag. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Here is a link to a review I did a while ago. http://www.rockcreek.com/reviews/pwr/product-reviews/Sleeping-Bags/Sleeping-Bag-Liners/Sea-to-Summit/p/3974-Reactor-Thermolite-Sleeping-Bag-Liner.html

The reactor is not a stand alone bag--don't know about the plus version.

I usually carry my Western Mountaineering down liner even in the summer. If I think it will be really hot, wet, and damp, I have a Marmot Pounder that I pair with a silk liner.

I have used the S2S thermolite liner. It has served me well when I used it with a sleeping bag. I tried it as a summer bag on one trip (2 nights in June in Georgia a few years ago). It got cold each night. Others may have had better luck with it but I would recommend a different set or a real sleeping bag.

I decided to stick with my Lafuma 40+ bag.
