Any one have these pants? the Marmot Rockstar. I bought a pair in black, Large, and they were a little too big for my liking. Im 6'1 but 180 so thin. the rise was too long and so was the length. i dont like baggy hiking pants.
so i finally was able to find a pair in medium, wasnt easy bc theyre sold out everywhere...they fit perfect except the waist is a bit tight. not bad but just a little bit. what can ya do, nothing. anyway i was wondering who has these, how you like them and how they hold up.
i havnt even been able to take a hike in them yet, but im considering taking ONLY these pants on a 6 day trip first week of Aug in NY. They are really comfortable and the articulated knees are so nice, i just wanna make sure i wont over heat in them, or be uncomfortable. im planning on doing a few hikes before the trip but its coming up quick and ive been so busy i havnt gotten out as much as id like.
