Shipping times to resupply depots?

We are starting to get our resupply buckets together and were wondering what kind of time frame it takes to get up to the high sierra PO's? What have you used? UPS? USPS? other?

I use USPS for all my shipments and I typically allow 2-2.5 weeks before my pickup date.

I mailed my bucket to Muir Trail Ranch from Niagara Falls New York on or around July 14th, and it arrived in California in 3 days. It was at the Ranch within a week - well before I arrived at MTR (July 29th).
