Water between Bly Gap and Fontana Dam

Anyone know what the water conditions are like between Bly Gap and Fontana Dam. Please list where you know water is flowing as of last weekend 7/24/10

I was also wondering about this, but for later this fall--mid October. It was starting to get dry 3 weeks ago when I hiked Springer to Deep Gap,NC. Planning to hike from there to Fontana in October. Getting really dry here in West Kentucky.....
