I'm looking to thru hike sections of the AT in 2011, and am interested in meeting women in my area who have done it, or are planning to do it, or are dreaming about doing it. I'm in my 50s, have lived/hiked solo near the SNP for many years, in reasonably good shape (and getting better), and want to develop a support network of folks as part of my AT preparation (and for fun).
