I dehydrated & packaged WAY too much food for my thru-hike last year. I have vacuum-sealed pasta, rice, soups, etc., free for the taking if you can meet me. Prepped dishes are a combination of truly homemade, and store-bought things I dehydrated. I live in Gray, Maine (just north of Portland).
