View Full Version : Cabela's XPG™ Expedition 4-Season Tent
I was wondering if anybody could tell me anything about this tent. Any information about how well it will hold up after years of use. Im not going to use this tent a lot, but was hoping it would be able to stand up to the wind a little better. The wind is what finally ripped up my last one.

What you going to use it for?
I could see car camping with it or something like Trail Days but def NOT for backpacking.
Cabelas usu makes good stuff but they are not very backpacker friendly in their designs. Stuff is usually very heavy compared to competitors.

At around 10 lbs this tent is heavy for one person to carry, but hey, it has all sorts of guylines and reminds me of their XTR Weather 12x12 tent(at around 70 lbs!). I heard that Eureka makes all of Cabelas's tents?? True or not?
