I have recently returned my rain shell to SD for a repair for the 2nd time. I had some slight troubles during the transaction, but in the end I am happy with the results.
The pit zip pulled out of my Cyclone Eco a little over a year ago, and today I have finally got a replacement for it. (No, I have not been waiting a year...) Anyway, I have a more detailed write up on my site if you are interested:
