My shuttle may have fallen through to take us up from Amicola to Springer. I'd like to go up FS 42 to start near the top instead of doing the Approach Trail (again - twice is enough:cool:) Anyone in the area running shuttles this time of year?

seems like dave has a habit of doing things like that. he recommended once that i call hiker hostel when i needed a ride from woody... because it would be cheaper since they are closer.
he is a good guy! :sun

Wes had some great stories to tell. Made the bumpy trip from Woody Gap to the base of Springer pass real fast! :)
