Is there any shuttle between Port Clinton PA and Walnutport PA (just on the other side of the PA turnpike at the lehigh tunnel). Also I kind of got an idea of the parking situation at Port Clinton, but how is parking at Walnutport.
The A.T. Shuttle List (http://www.appalachiantrail.org/atf/cf/{B8A229E6-1CDC-41B7-A615-2D5911950E45}/AT Shuttle List WEB 8-17-10.pdf) (PDF) is a directory of shuttle service providers and public transportation along the Trail. Through this list you can access almost any part of the Trail from the closest airport, bus station, or rail terminal, and get a ride back again. It also works for parties who wish to avoid bringing two cars. Many people on this list are individuals who shuttle on their time off. Arrangements are best made at least a week or two in advance.

I hope your idea of parking in Port Clinton is to be very wary. I was just there yesterday and had my driver's door window smashed in on my SUV and had my concealed iPod and GPS stolen. There was also another car(Stur) that was also broken into. SP says it's a recurring problem at both parking lots off of Rte 61.
