Where are you going? What part of the AT? Or some other trail?

Wow, free admission. I always wanted to go to Yosemite, but the gas bill from South MS would overshadow free admission. I suppopse the free addmission is good for folks that live near by a NP or just happen to be going that way already. It is nice that the NP system does offer it though.

I just checked the NPS website. I guess I won't be in a national park. I will be on part of the PCT. That's really the safest trail for me right now since I'm waiting for water to become more plentiful again. I don't want to plan multi-day trips out here unless I know I'll be able to find water and I know where I can find it on the PCT thanks to Asabat and many others.
