Green peppers: Easier to chop up and dry or put in a food grater, then dry?

Backpackers coleslaw: Had a recipe for this several years ago, but have misplaced it. Some ingredients I recall are cabbage(obviously), celery seed, sugar, vinegar, grated carrots.

Does anyone have that recipe?

Do you have a mini chopper on hand? That is what I'd use! Makes quick work of it.

On that recipe....I have it but not with me right now. If no one else posts it I'll try to get back to here tomorrow :)

No hurry! Won't have the time to make it, then dry it for a while.
