Working at my 2nd job(a restaurant) this past Sunday. The crew was breaking down the Sunday buffet and the boss was about to toss some pasta that had been sitting around and never used. I asked if I could have it and he gladly handed it to me. I got 2, 12oz bags of Cracked Black Pepper fettuccine and 1, 12oz bag each of Tomato Basil Fettuccine and Chili Pepper Linguine!!

Can't wait to taste it on the trail. Anybody got any great ideas on how to use it and really bring out the taste? If I wanted to purchse more of it, where would you suggest I get it? Health food store? Gourmet foods store?

Got a brand name? I'd look them up online - most companies sell online as well.

Anyhow, if you have a really kick butt pasta with flavor in it - it is the one time where salting the cooking water pays off. Then I'd dress it simply - olive oil, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Let the pasta shine :)

Looked up the company online and it doesn't exist anymore. Good suggestions on how to prepare it Sarbar.

It is raw, flavored pasta.

Like the stuff in the store only flavored.
