Any one attending?
Last year I didn't get to the trailhead until well after dark, by the time I found the shelter area (seriously dense fog is my excuse) all I heard was deep snoring :)

I asked over on HF but got no response - I am guessing that there won't be an official hammock hang - for myself IIF the weather looks reasonable I might be there.

I'll remind the hangers....HOI, if you come I owe you a beer.

I'll be there with a little group from the Queen City. The last couple of years it has been too cold to stand around the fire for very long. Unless things warm up dramatically, I anticipate an early bedtime this year, too.

Dont mind the cold but when i got there the wind was whipping...so for any that can conjure pick cold over wind.

It was breezy & cool alright. Trek started from there on Jan 1, IIRC.

As far as I know, four hikers started Jan. 1 this year, with all but Trek dropping out pretty promptly.
