yes its happened! We have snow. 2 inch's right now and still snowing. This is a good sign. This means all the water springs will be full for spring 2011 thru hike. Damascus had it hit them 3 days ago. Now its reported all the way to Harpers ferry. Its early this year so will get more. Hopefully Pennsylvania will get dumped on.:sun

Guess it must be winter time again. The back side of that nasty rain storm last weekend put 6-8" of snow back on the ground here, likely double that up higher. If that rain had been snow here, we'd have been up to our arm pits in it.
