Whatever happened to Bradford Angier (Author)?

He was the author of many books on the outdoors and backpacking.
He and his wife Vera lived in a little cabin in British Columbia and wrote a book
on it entitlled "At Home In The Woods". They may be deceased by now as the book was written in 1956. Any info would be appreciated.

He is deceased, as of last Dec. she was still alive (age 90) and living outside of Boston.

I remember reading "how to stay alive in the woods" during the late 70's.
