For you NOBO's this year, try and stop by the Elk Park family buffet. They had the best home cooked foods there. Oh, and the Peach Cobbler was delicious. Not to mention the greasy pork they had along with the wonderful gravy. Man I'm getting hungry just thinking about it now.
Oh..., let's not forget the wonderful McDonalds, Mc-G-Bang. Just buy you one of them McDouble's & a McChicken, take the McChicken and put it in the middle of the McDouble. Yummmmmm:D

I had a friend in college who dubbed that sandwich combo, the McShinny.

It is +/- one mile to the east of the trail, on the left side of the road.

That is correct, my book says mile 388. All though I have the 2009 Companion.
