My daughter is living in Fargo, ND and it is freaking cold there (high of -3 coming up). She says that the extreme frigid air has caused asthma attacks this month. So, I suggested that she either keep a scarf over her nose when she is outside or purchase a balaclava. She's concerned because she wears glasses and wonders about fit and fogging.

So, does anyone have any suggestions of a specific product/manufacturer that would work for a smallish woman that would work with glasses but keep the frigid air from being inhaled directly and causing a bad reaction?

Thanks in advance from a concerned mom.

She could use the fog prevention spray on her glasses

If she has had multiple attacks this month I think the best thing would be for her to ask her doctor for suggestions.

We used raw potatoes to keep our masked from fogging when I would SCUBA. Been many years and I imagine there are better solutions but a potato is readily available and shouldn't cause a reaction.

Has she tried these? (http://theunderwearguys.com/product_info.php?cPath=62&products_id=254)
I would think they would sell them in ND
