New for 2011.
Six Moon Design Skyscape.

This tent looks sweet. I like the offset pole mounts. Makes for more of an old school coffin shape, and looks to give a little more head room.

Can't wait for more details (price, floor dimensions, overall height, ect.).

The squared off foot might help make it shorter, but it also makes a larger portion of the tent single wall instead of double. Hopefully I get to see both soon.

There's no bigger fan of SMD tents than me but does a 10' x 6' footprint sound very large for a 1 person tent?

10-K, bear in mind that if the tent took over the entire 10'X6' area it'd be a large tent. However, it tapers to a point in the front and to 3 feet in the back. The Skyscape canopy has a total coverage of 40 sq. ft. In comparison the coverage of the Lunar Solo is 44 sq. ft. and the Gatewood Cape is 35 sq. ft.

So you can see that the Skyscape has an overall foot print between the Lunar Solo and the Gatewood Cape.

Thanks for the info - makes sense.

I sure do wish I had known this was coming a month or so ago. :(
