i melted snow one nite to put in my platypus as a hot water bottle. right before i did that i decided to cook 4 hot dogs in the pot. next day i drank it while hiking. wasn't bad. always thought of boiling SPAM.
Sorry but for some reason that makes me sick.
The thought makes my mouth taste like puke.

Yeah, I admit, it kind of sickens me, too. I'd try stuff like this in a jelly belly - one quick chew and it's either down or spit back in a napkin (ever tried the Harry Potter ones?? trust me....). But somehow the thought of drinking it......:( There is a bacon flavored soda. I saw it on a morning news show last week. Somehow I picture drinking bacon fat.....can't do it.
