Budget percentages

There's a lot of talk about overall budget and how much money spent on their hike. I was wondering what everyone's budgets broke down to when you examined individual line items. Out of say a $5000 overall cost how much went to hotels, restaurants, food mailed, food bought, replacement gear, beer, etc.?
