700 down fill,shell pertex qauntu,lining micro fiber,listed at 199.00 got it
in a close out 120.00 rated at 25 degrees,listed wieght 1 lb 14oz,i wieghed it

i have the same bag. also got it on closeout. i've use it in 25 degree weather on the at. i was a bit cold. put on some more clothes and it was fine. i love the versatility of the thing but won't take it out below 32 degrees. good quality construction but not much loft.
