Hi everyone! I am looking to meet new people and plan and go on some great hikes. I am a 32 year old woman from Charlotte, NC. I just recently lost my hiking buddy and don't want to go on hikes alone. Please let me know if you are interested.

Look into joining PATH (Piedmont AT Hiking Club). There is THOG (Triangle Hiker and Outdoor Group) is really big around Raleigh.

Also try the Carolina Mountain Club at http://www.carolinamtnclub.com/, they have a ton of members and quite a few organized hikes and it's a good place to find partners.

I'm in Charlotte as well, with my girlfriend. Not able to do much hiking at the moment but I'll get in touch with you when the times comes, hopefully sooner than later!
