I bought bear rope, rock sack, etc. through them. They were out of the lighter rope I wanted and contacted me and I asked if they could send a thicker rope that was like a dollar or so more. They did so with no problem. As far as the gear I haven't used it yet and didn't buy anything like what you're looking at but the customer service was good to go.

I have the solo Hexamid. I love it. If I could have only one shelter, it would be a Hexamid.

Joe is a great guy. I have one of his silnylon packs and one of his shelters. Good stuff.

I have been looking around a found this brand of gear. Most of their stuff is Cuben Fiber. Does anyone have experience with this? What is your opinion on this tarp? http://www.zpacks.com/shelter/hexamidtwin.shtml

I have had business with them before. Great customer service and and high quality gear. Highly recommend you check them out. Also, I 2nd checking out backpackinglight.com. You'll find some thorough reviews and on their Gear Swap forum you may find what you are looking for.

Joe the owner was recommended to me.I emailed him some questions I had on the tarp.He got back to me that morning. I ordered it and yes let him know when you need it.he will get it to you. Great customer service..
Great product also...I bought mine for this year.
