OK, so here is the deal. I’m going to start at Sat 3-26 Dick’s Creek Gap & go to
NOC (Wesser) 4-1. and get a shuttle back to Franklin. 67.5 miles in 7 days is
just fine with me.

Now for the not so easy part. I would like to find somewhere to park my pick-up
Starting Friday afternoon 3-25 in Franklin and either
A- get a room at Ron’s Budget Inn and get an early shuttle down to Dick’s or
B- get a shuttle to Hiawassee Friday afternoon, get a room at the Hiawassee Inn
& shuttle up in the morning.

And just to make things as complicated as I can, I would like to get a re-supply box
out to Winding Stair Gap Wed am.

Any suggestions or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

All hikers keep this in mind too. You are welcome to park vehicles at any of my motels during section and weekend hikes absolutely free.

Not to worry. He has scented misters to cater to sensitive noses and heated seats for that winter ride back to the trail.
