Phoenix Hiking Stores?

Hey Guys,

Im in Poenix for a few days and Im looking for a hiking gear store to find some after christmas discounts! If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on where to go let me know thanks,

Bet their selection of rain gear (to say snow shoes, crampons, and other snow country equipment) will leave a certain amount to be desired...

Well funny you should mention...I flew in last week from indiana and its colder in AZ than it is back home, not to mention the torrential down pouring of rain since Ive gotten here. I also drove up to Flagstaff to do some hiking and my car got snowed in after the skies blanketed three feet of flakes on the ground....hmm if this is my luck with weather, what is there to be excpected on my thru hike?:)

Flagstaff and Phoenix have very different climates. Snow in Flagstaff doesn't mean that H**l has frozen over, but 3' drifts in Phoenix would be close to that IMO...
