Can anyone tell me whether there are any worthwhile campsites in the general vicinity of Pocosin Cabin in the Shenandoah National Park? I am taking a couple of first times on my next hike, and I would like to break up long days so they don't have to face more than 8 or 9 miles per day for their first trip. Any help/suggestions gratefully accepted. (The cabin is unavailable the day I plan to cover the segment, so that, alas, in not an option.)
