Somebody posted a link to a source for the AT on PDF that could be downloaded to KIndle, but now I can't find the post. Can anyone help?

If you are asking about the Companion I believe that link was removed at the request of the editor. If you go to www.aldha.org you should be able to find how you can pay $8 and get access to the PDF.
