So, i've been scouring the internet over the past few weeks trying to find cheap camping/outdoorsy gear and have turned up a few websites that were exactly what i was looking for
The Clymb:
This website, describes themselves as "member pricing on the planet's most sought-after outdoor brands" and they have new sales on gear @ between 50 and 70% off a couple times a week. In order to become a mamber you have to be "invited" so here is my personal invitation:

Left Lane Sports:
This website always has between 3 and 6 defferent sales running at a time also with discounts of between 40 and 70% (currently they are: Golite apparel and packs, Freestyle watches, Technical packs, and Garmont performance footwear with a Sigg water bottle sale starting tomorrow-firday), and, while you dont need an invitation to become a member like with the clymb, if you accept somebodies invitation they automatically credit $10 to your account to use on the site that you do not get if you are not invited. this website has scrolling sales scrolling sales on single items from 6 diffferent websites updated about every 30 minutes. so if you're decisive enough to make a purchase in the time frame you are alotted, then this definately worth checking out
