I got one a few years ago from BarginOuffiters. Might be OK for insulation, can't say much for it's padding ability.
looks uncomfortable and still bulky - I'm a 5'8 guy /150 and really like my 3/4 women's thermorest - if you practice stowing it you can get it to about 1/2 size of a loaf of bread. I like almost everything inside my pack - would you strap this to the outside?

as far as padding thats not a real big issue. i sleep in a hammock. my pad now is attached to outside of pack
