Tiarella 'Appalachian Trail'

I'm not affiliated with this nursery, and there are many other sources for the plant that a Google search can turn up. It's a new cultivar mentioned in a British gardening magazine that just crossed my desk.

I may have a spot to try some of these. Definitely none in my neighborhood. I'm always looking for something a little different.

it doesn't help me can't eat it, doesn't repeal bugs, locals and ads popping up in the forums

Tiarella, often referred to by its common name foam flower, is somewhat rather common along the east coast, including the AT. Tiarellas closely resemble plants in the Heuchera genus. Terra Nova Nurseries has been releasing some VERY NICE varieties of Tiarella, and Heuchera, in the last few yrs.

I recall vast plantings of in flower Tiarella along the AT near moist areas like small streams.
