bought a lot of stuff today.

bought a Mountain hardwear spectre sl sleeping bag for 200 bucks (retail is 350)

bought frogg toggs pro suit for $50

bought a patagonia puff ball jacket for $70 ( retail is 150 or so)

pair of merrell chameleon gtx xcr lowcuts for $70 (regular 100)

sweet water purifier .2 micron filter with viral stop and a free platypus with it for 36 bucks (regular 65)

3 aquamira waterbottles with the filter in them for $2 dollars a piece (regular like 18 a piece)

4 of the aquamira treatments little packets for 73 cents a piece regular $10 a piece)

and two pairs of columbian socks for 5 a piece

You all think I did ok for myself ??

I recently got my Spectre SL for $250. I thought that was an awsome (or "wicked good" as we say here in Massachusetts:rolleyes: ) deal. Where'd you find it for 2 bills? is it the "04 20 deg. model?

Sprocket it is the 04-05 model. Ebay my friend. I have had nothing but good luck in finding stuff on ebay. I know my local outfitter should be getting the money instead of ebay but I just dont have that much to spend and wanted a "Wicked Good" BAG for my hike.

The closer I get to having all my equip the more I want to hike this year instead of next
