Have this and cant be happier but I want to know how much and which kind of fuel is the best--efficient, cost... etc I plan on doing 50 miles of Ct's App Trail in 7-8 days,
Please advise:-?

I've tried MSR, Snow Peak, and Jetboil canisters and haven't had any problems with any of them. They're all comparable in performance. I think JB was more expensive so I usually end up with the other two.
I've used the all, very consistent performance---get the least expensive. also, I carry the 8 oz variety the 4 oz seem to die out too quickly...
