I am planning a section hike from Springer to Damascus beginning on May 16. My wife is going to drop me off at the parking lot on FS42 and then I was planning on taking the Greyhound back to Florida from Marion. Can I get a shuttle ride to Marion from Damascus?:-?:-?:-?

You might check into a bus out of Abingdon-(closer to Damascus. Mount Rodgers Outfitters would have the info for you. Happy Trails

Bristol and Marion are the closest bus stations. both 30 miles from Damascus
