I did a test on my URSACK MINOR (food bag) just to see if it would hold up to a raccoon or some type of critter. The video is first then I added some picture's for a after review. Sorry for the poor quality/lighting of the video, all we had was our headlamp's at first then a flashlight (which wasn't much better).
My GF didn't know much about the URSACK MINOR was very surpriced to see there wasn't any hole's in the food bag are any cuts. The raccoon don't get any food, but the food was squished. Hope you enjoy the video as much as we did making it. LOL, We had a good laugh that night.HS

For critters--not bears. The Ursack Minor is made of the same high-tech body armor fabric that is worn by prison guards to stop shanks and shivs. The superfine fiber and dense weave prevents marmots, squirrels, mice and other sharp toothed critters from getting your food. Ursack Minor will NOT protect against the strength of a bear. The Minor weighs 2.7 ounces, and is the same size as the AllWhite--8 inches in diameter and 13 inches tall and holds about 650 cubic inches. It comes with an integrated 4 foot cord, but does NOT come with a free odor barrier bag (OPSak). (per website)

Says video removed by user? This product looks promising, and lite.

I used the ursack minor for my thru hike last year. It held up great the entire time and held all my food between resupplies. A very nice product!

My regular Ursack has stood up to a mountain lion and a week up in the mountains tied a few feet off the ground. In the second situation a couple very small holes were made by rodents, but the rodents were not able to get to my food and I still use my Ursack.
