I ordered a nemo tent from them and the Paw print they advertised and the the one they sent out were different. Their customer service was pretty much "well too bad for you" .

OP has had pictures posted since May 2010 with comments about the pictures during that time.

Never used campsaver - usually REI, campmor, steepandcheap, backcountry - all dot com.

I've had great luck with them. Much better prices than REI and Campmor.

I had good luck, too. Can't remember what I bought, but it arrived very quickly and was "as advertised". And yes, good prices.

I got a great deal on a Marmot Nano jacket through them. Shipped quickly, great communications, can't address customer service cause I got what I wanted and it fit ... Pretty sure the deal I got was on a model-year closeout, but it was the lowest price I could find anywhere on it.

I've bought a few things from them, never had a problem so I can't say what their customer service is like. The stuff came and was what I'd ordered.

I ordered a tent from them (MSR HUbba1P) and it got here in two days. I set it up in my living room and crawled inside, only to find it was much narrower than I wanted. I called them (from inside the tent) and they said "no problem at all". They are sending a "Hubba Hubba" instead. I usually use Campmor, Backcountry, or Moosejaw, but these folks are pretty good, too. Good luck...

I have ordered from them a couple of times, and they were great... quick shipping and great prices (lots of sales). If you hunt around a bit you can usually find some coupon codes for them as well.

About twice a year they do a pretty monster sale and I've ordered stuff in the past then. Always received the item quickly with 0 problems. They used to offer free gifts as well (haven't seen it lately), ie: order the tent get the matching ground cloth, etc.

I also found a few deals from them. Timing, taxes and buying too much gear are all standing in the way.

I order from them all of the time, always quick turn around and mostly free shipping. Also order from Altrec, Rockcreek, and several others. They all offer free shipping that the bigger companies sometimes don't offer.

I have ordered from them a few times no problems here they are out of Utah so you pay no sales tax and they have some good sales on occasion. I like that.

Just saw Dapper D's post, which remided me that I ordered a Mont Bell down UL inner jacket in the forest green color and size I wanted during a summer sale and paid, if I recall correcetly, around $80. That was a VERY GOOD non-pro deal on a jacket that typically cost in the $150-160 range

They have great deals. I live near their local storefront and warehouse and have bought numerous items from them. From the perspective of a backcountry.com they are a smaller operation, but I've always found their employees to be very helpful.
