Pisgah NF

In the essence of getting a direct answer on this forum, does Pisgah national forest require a permit for backcountry camping? We are considering a quick 30 miles on the Art Loeb in the next couple weeks and I figured this would be a good place for a more specific answer. Thanks in advance and any suggestions, basic information, or opinions on this hike are greatly appreciated seeing as the info I have found is limited.

Camping is only prohibited within Blue Ridge Parkway land.

BTW, Only two places they're needed on the AT -- Great Smoky Mountain National Park (GSMNP) and Shenandoah National Park (SNP)
