Yes, I've ordered numerous things from them. Although one time they did forget my narrow roll goods seemingly intentionally but that's mere speculation.

i've ordered from them several times, excellent service
if shipping costs are less than what's stated on the website they've always adjusted and send me an email

I ordered two parcho kits from them. They have real people there who can help you. I still haven't made my parchos yet, though.

Yes, I ordered parts for making nanolite tent poles.

The easton nanolite poles I made for a tent weigh 4oz less than the DAC poles that the tent came with.

Ordered my poles online Sunday night, got them today. Shipping was less than expected so I got an email Monday telling me the new total. Good Service, Thanks Quest!

Ordered the g4 kit and it was here the same week. Made one call for info after starting the kit and the people were very helpful and supportive. Will buy from them again.

Just finishing up my G4 kit tonight. Bought it from them and received the same treatment as indicated above...emails and shipping costs less than originally quoted. Very nice!
