There is an organized hike by the Florida Trail Association on May 21. This will be on the Big Oak Trail. Check it out here. (http://www.meetup.com/hiking-560/events/18494391/) I'm going to be there, and hope my fellow Whiteblaze & Hammockforums members can as well. Although for my fellow hangers, this is in a state forest and if you didn't know already, the state of Florida has outlawed hammocks in state forests.
