CAn you get off the AT in Troutdale VA? If so how far and what would be the directions to get to Troutdale from the AT.
If you are NOBO Troutdale, VA is 2.5 miles to the right on VA 16 Dicky Gap. It can also be accessed from VA 603 Fox Gap which requires a right turn if going NOBO. There is a nice small church hostel there as well as Jerry's Kitchen and a PO.
Don't confuse Troutdale, VA with Troutville, VA.
