What would be a good 2 night trip in this park?

I'd like to hike a few hours on a Friday afternoon after work, hike all day Saturday, and then hike out on a Sunday morning.

you are restricted as to where you can camp. The sawmill camp site is down in the gorge. The other camp sites are up on the rims.
