Ha! Good one. Of course, that all depends upon the type of bulb; some folks prefer those (made in China, mercury-laden) CFL bulbs...I've got several LED bulbs here, along with some of the "old school" (soon to be forbidden) incandescent variety. Those LED bulbs, while they last a long time, are still pretty expensive... :eek:

Should the bulb be open lit or concealed lit? And can you light it on the entire AT? Are there reciprocal agreements along the AT in which the AT passes through?

in my home prefacture? light bulbs are the acid test of wheather the world has ended or not. when they blink and go out and stay out for a really really long time, and you here shots, alot, the world ended.

I'm an "intelligent bulb design" -ist. I also think the curly fry bulbs are an evolutionary dead end.

But the burning question is: which came first: the filament or the glass?
