Cool, I liked Southbounders, in many ways more so than non-fictional AT videos. It's also an instant play on Netlix.

Interesting view on trail life. Hadn't noticed the 5 second cameo by Keith Shaw before.
... *yawn* ...
Heh, heh.... great review.
You're probably mad because they made the Georgia boy look like a pot smokin' goof ball. The funniest part was when Slackpack met his *very hot* old lady in Hot Springs. :p

I shouldn't have watched that...
I think ben wagner did a very nice job, considering what he probably had to go through to get his shots. he didn't just do a narrative, and that takes some extra effort, as if the effort of shooting a decent narrative about the trail isn't difficult enough.

Yes, kind of a funny story. He (Ben) randomly nicked a northbounder summit photo off the internet for use in the intro part of his film. A couple of years later I met him at the Gathering and did a book-for-video trade. He had no idea that I was in his film, and neither did I till I got home and watched it.
oh man. terrible and wonderful at the same time. thought the same thing..
